Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Certain personal care or hygiene items may not be eligible for return

Refund Process

• Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or an alternative method
